These Terms and Conditions govern your use of IVCA's website, services, and program. By accessing, using, or registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of the Terms:
● 2.1 To use our services, you must first agree to these Terms. You can accept the Terms by:
○ Booking, purchasing, or using our services, which indicates your acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
● 2.2 If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are aware of and agree to these Terms. By completing the registration, you warrant that the other party has accepted the Terms.
● 2.3 These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by IVCA or by you.
Program Participation:
● 3.1 If you are unable to attend a program, you must notify us in writing. A substitute delegate from the same company may attend in your place, but event fees are non-refundable.
● 3.2 IVCA reserves the right to change any aspect of a program without liability. Should an program be postponed, we will offer an alternative date and in case of cancellation may proceed with refund of the registration amount.
Intellectual Property and Media Use:
● 4.1 By attending an IVCA event, you grant IVCA permission to record, film, photograph, or capture graphics which may involve you in IVCA’s promotional materials. You agree that IVCA may edit and distribute such media globally, without any further approval or compensation to you.
